I would like to sincerely say THANK YOU to everyone who was good enough to share their knowledge and insight to my query of 2011 (Job in Gulf) which had over 50 valuable replies from all who took the trouble to respond – especially Seetaram and Gaurag. Astrology is a journey that keeps enlightening me & amazing me, time and time again, and it seems a long and interesting path. However I would like to mention that I am not "practicing" astrology or studying it. I am just a keen follower and I like to read both the Asian (Indian/Sri Lankan) version as well as the western version on the internet. I do understand that both differ big time. My main source of knowledge on this subject is via the internet. I browse and I read, and I do try my best to grasp whatever is written, to the best of my ability.

As mentioned previously, I am employed illegally without the required government documents. My luck can run out any moment if caught by the authorities. I have gone through this saga now for over a year and I just cannot be bothered with it anymore, so I have given up worrying and is taking 1 day at a time.

However I would really appreciate your valuable advice once again, if possible, on my husband's career. He is stagnant in his job, is fed up and wants to quit. This has come upon him suddenly (the past 2 weeks) as he was never like this and I thought he was happy. I am advising him to be patient, that good things come to those who wait. We are now based in the Gulf.

My question is, do you see an improvement in his career and will he get a transfer or a promotion that he deserves, to another country like Dubai, within the next 6 months or so? He has been working tirelessly for the past 8 years in the same company, he is a senior well-qualified employee, but the past 3 years every time a top vacancy arises, he is considered for it and then invariably he does not get it! This makes him very frustrated and he feels worthless. He wants to move away from here and re-locate to another country within the Gulf but I am hesitant to take that step although I will be supportive if he must. Please help, and anyone is free to comment.

Thank you for taking time to read my question. I really do appreciate it.

Yes, place of birth is Colombo. What do you mean by retrograde Saturn? Is this a long lasting period for the rest of his life, or when will that retro period end? Do you see him CHANGING jobs in the next few months (hopefully for better prospects) or will he stick to this job for some more time?

He just started his Jupiter Dasha in Sep 2012 after an eventful long Rahu Dasha period ended. I hope Jupiter is better for him?
