Pitru Dosha Reasons, Effects and Remedies

Is Pitru Dosha ancestral or individual ? I have seen many families where all are effected by pitru dosh and few families where only few of them are effected.

How does it effect a person and his family who lived a humble life, yet something was not done properly by his descendants after his death ?
And how will that wrong doing by some ancestor, effect their descendants who have no idea what went wrong

Pitru Dosha is NOT a CURSE by deceased ancestors. It is the karmic debt which was left incomplete and you are expected to fulfill it.
You need not know what went wrong few generations back, nor know horoscope of everyone, but symptoms in family will indicate if you, your siblings, cousins have pitru dosha or not.

A human is indebted to :

Devas (external gods)
Pitru (internal gods/DNA), not parents.
Rishi (who gave us knowledge)
Manushya (ppl who did favors to you in past lives and society)
Bhoota (not ghosts..but animals and birds around us)

Unless these 5 debts are cleared, you cannot exit this mortal world and as keep postponing these, negative effects increase

Pitrus are not deceased ancestors. They exist as DNA in your body, which is passed on from ancestors (both father and mother side) on to you.
Your grandfather or great-grandfather died without satisfaction and you will not suffer because of that.
There are multiple pitrus and 3 are important, who attain vasu, rudra, aditya loka as an elder passes away in family.
When father/mother of a person passes away, the pitr in his body attains vasu loka if cremation and pitru karma are properly done. Father's body is cremated and only his name is taken to indicate that the pitru related to that order has left.

There are 3 types of body one's soul takes to experience this creation.

Sthoola Sarira (physical body) which is creamated or buried. Every religion (even aethists) follow proper methods to send off the deceased person.
Sookshma sarira (astral body, thumb sized) which cannot be seen with naked eye. Few yogis can see it.
This body foresees events, diseases, obstacles, good/bad events which sthoola body is going to experience in near future.
That is why few people get dreams or visions or their intuition sends them signals about upcoming events.
Kaarana sarira (causal body) which experiences bliss, pain etc emotions. This body travels to different dimensions after death and experiences results of pending karma (like in garuda purana). This feels attached to its sons, daughters, properties etc. This body feels the burning sensation when physical body is cremated, or trapped feeling when buried.

Ignorant people say that you have burnt your father's body and he is feeling thirsty due to heat. He will drink your tears if you cry.
That karana sarira is feeling all that after death experiences and will wander around place of death, their descendants, home etc for next 10 days. This is Preta.
Once you do the after death process correctly, preta becomes pitru. Else they wander.
For pitrus, our 1 month is equal to their 1 day. That is why few people donate food etc, keep fasting once a month (particularly newmoon day/amavasya or their parents deceased tithi).
This is why pitrus are said to go/come to/from chandra loka (because moon takes 1 month to rotate around earth or 12 zodiac signs).
After satisfying them for 12 months (12 days for them), pitru becomes pitru devata , where our 1 year is their 1 day (like SUN takes 1 year to go through all 12 zodiac signs).

As an elder passes away in family, their ancestors (pitru devata, not that particular person) gets promoted to next loka (dimension) as vasu -> rudra -> aditya and the previous one in aditya loka (great-great grandfather) either comes back to earth (same or some other dimension), or choses to exit this cycle.

Few families even today do only pitru pooja for 10 days when an elder dies or even when a child is born in that family and stop all regular poojas.
This is to indicate one has attained vasu loka or someone came back from one of those.

People who think their soul travels during dreams, outer body or Near Death experiences etc do NOT know that soul need not travel anywhere.
It is the astral body (Sookshma sarira) which travels in different frequency.
Sometimes we get prophetic dreams due to this..

A person suffering from pitru or any other dosha is 100% due to their own karma.
Unknowingly people are doing Narayana Bali, Tripindi shraaddha etc for deceased family members.
You should do only for those blood relatives who died forced or unnatural death (suicide, accident, murder etc) before fulfilling their duties and desires in life.

Why one brother has pitru dosha in horoscope, while other brother does not have it in same family ?
Because that one brother who has it, has not done last rites to his parents in past life and has comeback to fulfill that experience. (parents may be different but here experience matters, not persons).

Your DNA has 1/4th quality of your father, 1/8th of grand father and 1/6th of great-grand father.
Rest 56.25% is your own. This 56.25% can be modified by your food, thought and meditation habits. Other 43.75% are already transferred to you after they modified it according to their lifestyles (Few genetic diseases, appearance, behaviour etc)
That is why you are supposed to do pind daan for those 3 generations.

Few persons may be deeply connected with either parents or grand parents or great grand parents from their past lives.
To know how you are connected with other, use this method according to Ketu’s connection with partner’s planets & Past life connections

If you find any karmic relation, then you are the ONE who is supposed to do it and relieve them.
If you do not understand astrology method described in it, then just observe your own life.
Did you struggle after father/grandfather/mother/grandmother death ? Were you having a comfortable life before that ?
Then just do it.
If your father is alive, then instead of you doing it directly, get it done through others.

Generally such horoscopes will have Saturn-Sun connection. i.e Sun in saturn house/nakshatra or vice-versa, Sun-saturn conjunction or 180° to each other (opposite signs), or sun sextile Saturn (where saturn aspects sun) or even Rahu/Ketu connected to Sun/Moon.
Venus-Moon connection indicates come problem from mother's side.
In one case i have seen grandson losing direction in life and wandering after grandfather's death.
In past life they were brothers and this guy lost elder brother's protection now. Father in between was noway connected to them.
So when grandson cleared his pitru dosha, his life changed for good.

If all is well, then do not bother.
If your lineage is not progressing in each generation, if other marital, money or health problems re occur in family, then you need to get this sorted out.
Results of whatever good deeds you do without this, will be kept pending and will be delivered only after pitru are satisfied because, your DNA is not cleaned and made ready to receive blessings.

Yes.. Out of 3 types of karma, Saturn decides how much prarabdha karma one has to experience after taking birth and also the duration (lifespan).
Other planets within the control of saturn, deliver effects of that karma. That is why Saturn (sani) is Eeswara as it is independent and can cause effects without combinations (yogas).
Just before death, as organs (physical and sense) stop functioning, each planet withdraws its effect and Saturn will be the last to leave before death.
KETU will take over just before death and continue its control throughout final rites, after-life travel and until that soul enters a womb for next life and is about to take birth.
During that time, we have complete knowledge of everything and what needs to be done to release balance karma.
Just before next birth, Saturn activates and 'Maaya (ignorance)' takes over and after birth other planets also start showing their effect.

Mode of death, final rites etc is decided by Ketu and no matter how good a person 'acts' when alive, his/her death indicates what they actually are.
Good people die painlessly, at home and among their relatives. Not even post-mortem is done.
Somewhat bad people suffer with diseases and die on hospital bed.
Bad people get killed by others, animals, reptiles, birds or natural calamities.
The most cruel person dies at a strange place, gets killed, body torn into pieces and not enough of them found to perform final rites.
The worst will not get body pieces and not even head (without skull, burial or cremation is incomplete). In mass killings, body pieces gets mixed and nobody knows whose body pieces got cremated.
So do NOT judge a person until they die.

Descendants duty is to perform final rites properly. You do NOT get any benefit for doing your duty. Parents are not getting gold medals for raising kids. It is their duty, and if neglected, they carry that karma forward.
Similarly with next generation doing this for their ancestors.
