STCG taxed at 20 % which is discouraging traders and encouraging long term investment.

There is tax on indexation for houses bought from 2001 onwards but I think PPL will find ways to evade tax on it.

Next big financial decision is coming during December 2024 - April 2025 and it could be seen in next year budget
