Also, mixing 1 part lemon eucalyptus oil for every 10 parts of sunflower oil and applying on skin will act as natural mosquito repellent.

Natural Homemade Mosquito Repellent Recipe

Ingredients : 1. Leaves from old Neem tree.
2. Black Mustard seeds (100 gms)
3. Black Salt (100 gms)
4. Cow Dung

Procedure : Dry them neem leaves under sunlight and make 100gms powder.
Also make fine powders from mustard seeds and black salt.
Mix them thoroughly and store in a container, away from humidity and direct light.

Make cakes with cow dung and let them dry.
Break these dry cakes into small pieces and burn them in a vessel.
Once they start emitting smoke, place it in middle of house and close all windows, doors.
Add small amounts of above mixed powders to these burning cakes.
This smoke will kill all mosquitoes and their eggs. It is good for humans to breath this as it eliminates many common diseases like cold, cough, headaches etc.

Also, dried powders of Uttareni leaves (Achyranthes Aspera), turmedic powder, gigantic swallow wort leaves, long grass, Basil or tulasi leaves, Sugar-Apple leaves, Bael leaves (Aegle marmelos) can be added to eliminate mosquitoes and other insects effectively.
